3. Orders, Pricing, and Stock
We endeavor to ensure that all dimensions, stock volumes, and price listings are synchronized correctly. However, in the event of unforeseen clerical errors, database delays, or sudden supply deficits, we reserve the right to cancel or request revisions for any orders prior to transit.
- Any modification in price after order placement will be explicitly communicated beforehand.
- Out of stock items will trigger instant notifications and subsequent financial refunds.
4. Returns, Exchanges & IP Rights
Returns and doorstep exchanges follow rules detailed in our separate "Shipping & Returns Policy." Furthermore, all graphic files, logo scripts, design structures, layout arrangements, and content models are the copyrighted intellectual property of ELITE HUB. Unauthorized digital usage is strictly prohibited.
