Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and premium ELITE HUB boxes preserved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective garment, please take a photo/video and notify us within 24 hours. We will replace it at absolutely zero cost.

- Clearly state your Order ID and the exact reason for exchange or return.
- We will arrange a courier replacement swap directly at your doorstep!
